No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. In a microwave melt the chocolate chips in a bowl, on 50% power for one minute.
  2. (Do not melt on full power.)
  3. Remove from microwave, and stir gently until bowl is cool, and chocolate is smooth.
  4. Repeat heating if chocolate is not fully melted.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  6. Beat in melted chocolate and whipped topping at low speed.
  7. Pour into the crust.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
