Cheesy Spinach and Mushroom Casserole
- 1 cup CHEEZ WHIZ Cheese Dip
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped red peppers
- 24 round buttery crackers, crushed
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Mix CHEEZ WHIZ and soup until blended.
- Combine vegetables in medium bowl.
- Add CHEEZ WHIZ mixture; mix lightly.
- Spoon into 1-1/2-qt.
- casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 35 min.
- or until heated through, topping with cracker crumbs for the last 5 min.
