Vineyard Fizz (non-alcoholic)

• 2 ounces grape juice
• 1 ounce lemon juice (or juice of 1/2 lemon)
• 12 teaspoon fine sugar
• 6 -8 ounces cream soda

1. Combine the grape juice, lemon juice and sugar in a shaker half filled with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Pour into a highball glass partly filled with ice.
4. Add soda.
5. Stir gently.
