Jumbo Pasta Shells

  1. In
  2. large
  3. saucepan, combine spinach in small amount of water. Cover
  4. and simmer 3 to 5 minutes; drain well.
  5. Chop up spinach and
  6. set
  7. aside.
  8. Cook chopped onion in butter or oil until tender, but not brown.
  9. Add spinach and heat thoroughly. Combine egg, 3 cheeses, nutmeg and spinach mixture.
  10. Stuff 20 cooked shells
  11. with
  12. filling.
  13. Pour
  14. 1/2
  15. spaghetti
  16. sauce in baking dish.
  17. Place filled shells on top.tour other half of sauce over shells and bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
