Lite Cinnamon Apple Snack

  1. Preheat oven to 250.
  2. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Combine apples with spices and toss.
  4. Transfer to baking sheet, arranging in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 1 hour.
  6. Allow to cool.
  7. Combine cooked apples with raisins and nuts.
  8. Place in snack-sized zip-top baggies and refrigerate.
