Pineapple Vanilla Parfait
- 3 qt. Yellow cake mix
- 1-1/2 gal. Canned crushed pineapple, drained
- 1-1/2 gal. prepared JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Reduced Calorie Instant Pudding
- 3 qt. prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping
- Prepare cake batter as directed on package; pour into 1 full sheet pan (or 1/4 pan for trial recipe).
- Bake as directed on package.
- Cool in pan on wire rack.
- Cut cake layer into circles.
- (See TIP below.)
- Add pineapple to pudding; stir gently until well blended.
- For each serving: Spoon 1/2 cup of the pudding mixture into parfait glass; cover with 1 cake circle and additional 1/4 cup pudding mixture.
- Top with 1/4 cup of the whipped topping.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
