Blackened Tuna

  1. In a bowl, soak the tuna in the egg for about 10 minutes.
  2. Separately, thoroughly mix the Spice ingredients and then pour the Spice mix into the bowl and make sure that all the chunks of tuna are generously coated.
  3. Place the tuna in a deep fryer for 3-4 minutes and immediately serve hot with tartar sauce.
