Giblet Gravy
- 12 ounces chicken livers
- 2 (12 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 (12 ounce) cans broth (saved from boiling the chicken.)
- 4 eggs, boiled and chopped
- boil livers til done and discard liquid.
- Chop livers.
- mix soup and broth.
- bring to boil.
- add chopped livers.
- add chopped eggs.
- add a few instant potato flakes to get it as thick as you fwant it.
