Chili Meat Dip

  1. Cook meat with onion and pepper; drain.
  2. Add VELVEETA, tomato soup, tomato sauce and chili powder.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until VELVEETAA is melted.
  4. Serve with chips.
  5. Makes 4 cups.
