Raisin Spiced Ham Steak
- 1 pound ham steak lean, ready-to-eat
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons raisins, seedless
- Brown and heat ham steak in a nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Remove steak to heated platter.
- Combine remaining ingredients and cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is reduced to a few tablespoons.
- Pour over ham steak.
