Mochi Dango
- 15 grams potato starch
- 50 ml water
- 50 grams mochiko
- 1 grams sugar
- Sift dry ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl
- Add water and mix until smooth.
- Place in microwave on high for 30 seconds.
- Check every 10 seconds for fondness.
- When mixture is
- Flour parchment paper with potato starch, mochiko, or cornstarch.
- Carefully place dough on parchment, coat lightly with starch and roll into a tube.
- Cut into desired sizes and shape into balls.
- Put onto skewers if desired.
- Options: add food color to mixture before microwaving and dividing into equal portions in separate bowls.
