Creamed Chicken

  1. Melt butter in heavy skillet.
  2. Whisk in flour and cook 1-2 minutes, until the raw taste is cooked out, but it is not brown.
  3. Add broth while continuing to whisk, to form a thick sauce.
  4. Add cream of mushroom soup and blend thoroughly.
  5. Add salt, pepper, chicken and eggs, and heat through.
