Chocoalte Chip Cookies Recipe
- 2 1/4 c. unsifted all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello brand vanilla flavor INSTANT pudding and pie filling
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 pkg. (12 ounce.) chocolate chips
- 1 c. minced nuts (optional)
- Mix flour with baking soda.
- Combine butter, the sugars, vanilla and pudding fold in large mixer bowl; beat till smooth and creamy.
- Beat in Large eggs.
- Gradually add in flour mix, then stir in chips and nuts.
- ( Batter will be stiff.)
- Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonfulls, about 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 min.
- Makes about 7 dozen.
- For chocolate chocolate chip cookies, use chocolate flavor INSTANT pudding.
