Iz's Mustard Chili

  1. Saute onion and ham hocks in oil
  2. Add remaining ingredients except beans and simmer on low 15- 20 mins
  3. Add beans and simmer about 10 minutes
  4. Add water or beer as necessary to obtain desired consistency
