Elva'S Captain'S Soup

  1. Cook chopped onion in oil or margarine in large pan until soft.
  2. Add beef and mushrooms.
  3. Cook, stirring until all pink has left meat.
  4. Add three cans and stir until smooth.
  5. Add frozen vegetables, potato and seasonings.
  6. Bring to boil and simmer for 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve as main dish with fresh bread.
  8. Enjoy!
