Black Russian (Grilled Cheese)

  1. In small bowl, combine mustard, parsley and lemon zest.
  2. Brush one side of each slice of bread with olive oil.
  3. Place oiled side down on work surface.
  4. Top 4 slices with ham, lettuce and Brie.
  5. Cover with remaining slices.
  6. Grill 3-4 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
