Homemade Egg-free! Soy Milk Mayonnaise

  1. Put the soy milk, salt and pepper, mustard, and vegetable oil into a blender in that order, and mix well with each addition.
  2. Finally, add lemon juice and mix some more.
  3. Add yuzu pepper paste to the soy milk and dissolve it completely.
  4. Add vegetable oil and mix in a blender.
  5. Finally, add the vinegar and mix well.
  6. Season both with salt and pepper to finish.
