Easy Apple Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

  1. Roll dough on a lightly floured surface surface into a 14 x 8 inch rectangle.
  2. Brush surface with 2 Tbsp.
  3. melted butter.
  4. Combine sugar and next 5 ingredients.
  5. Sprinkle over dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border on all sides.
  6. Starting with long side, roll up jelly roll fashion.
  7. Healthy pinch seam to seal.
  8. (Don't seal ends.)
  9. Cut roll into 12 slices, place in a lightly greased 9 inch square pan.
  10. Brush with remaining 2 Tbsp.
  11. melted butter.
  12. Cover and chill 8 hrs.
  13. Remove from refrigerator, and let rise in a hot place (85 degrees), free from drafts, 50 min or possibly till doubled in bulk.
  14. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
  15. Combine powdered sugar and lemon juice; drizzle over hot rolls.
  16. Yield: 1 dozen.
