Punch Bowl Cake

  1. Bake cake as directed.
  2. Crumble one layer of cake in punch bowl.
  3. Mix 1 package pudding with 2 1/2 cups of milk until slightly thickened.
  4. Pour over 1st layer.
  5. Add 1 can drained pineapple.
  6. Add 1 can pie mix.
  7. Add 1 carton Cool Whip.
  8. Add 2nd layer cake.
  9. Mix pudding mix with 2 1/2 cups of milk and add 1 can drained pineapple.
  10. Add 1 can pie filling.
  11. Add 1 carton Cool Whip.
  12. If you like, add chopped nuts and cherries.
  13. Chill overnight.
