Bang-Bang Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

  1. For the sauce: Combine the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, sugar and vinegar in a small bowl and set aside.
  2. For the relish: In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients, cover and set aside in the refrigerator.
  3. For the shrimp: Heat a non-stick grill pan or skillet to medium-high heat.
  4. Sprinkle shrimp with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and dried basil.
  5. Add shrimp into the grill pan in a single layer.
  6. Grill shrimp until opaque, about five minutes per side.
  7. For the assembly: Layer each piece of lettuce with a few shrimp, then top with some of the relish and drizzle with sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with the lime zest.
  9. Wrap and enjoy!
  10. Serve warm or cold.
