Bang-Bang Shrimp Lettuce Wraps
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 5 teaspoons Chili Garlic Sauce, Such As Sriracha Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 cup Chopped Tomato
- 1 cup Chopped Avocado
- 13 cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro, Or As Desired
- 1 Lime, Juiced
- 1 pound Medium Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Basil
- 2 heads Boston Lettuce, Washed, Leaves Carefully Separated, Drained And Patted Dry
- 1 Lime, Zested
- For the sauce: Combine the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, sugar and vinegar in a small bowl and set aside.
- For the relish: In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients, cover and set aside in the refrigerator.
- For the shrimp: Heat a non-stick grill pan or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Sprinkle shrimp with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and dried basil.
- Add shrimp into the grill pan in a single layer.
- Grill shrimp until opaque, about five minutes per side.
- For the assembly: Layer each piece of lettuce with a few shrimp, then top with some of the relish and drizzle with sauce.
- Sprinkle with the lime zest.
- Wrap and enjoy!
- Serve warm or cold.
