Saucy Skillet Chicken

• 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
• 1 large tomato, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
• 1 pouch (4 oz.) VELVEETA Cheese Sauce Queso Blanco

1. Cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 4 min.
2. on each side or until browned on both sides.
3. Add tomatoes and cheese sauce to skillet; stir.
4. Cover.
5. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min.
6. or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
