Roasted Pineapple and Pepper Salsa

  1. Heat grill or grill pan to high.
  2. Place pineapple and mango on grill for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until desired grill marks are achieved.
  3. Let cool and dice.
  4. In a medium mixing bowl combine honey, lime juice, cilantro and season, to taste, with salt.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and toss.
  6. Let sit for 1 hour before serving.
