Cheesy Chicken Breakfast Burritos
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 8 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed, softened
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 4 KRAFT 2% Milk Singles, chopped Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 6 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed
- Melt butter in large skillet on low heat.
- Beat eggs, milk, cream cheese and seasonings with wire whisk until well blended.
- Add to skillet.
- Cook until egg mixture begins to set, stirring occasionally.
- Add chicken, Singles and garlic.
- Continue cooking until egg mixture is completely set, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon 1/2 cup of the egg mixture onto each tortilla.
- Roll up, burrito style.
