Peanut Butter Cupcakes Recipe

  1. Cream peanut butter and oil.
  2. Add in sugar; mix.
  3. Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating till light and creamy.
  4. Add in lowfat milk/vinegar.
  5. Sift flour, pwdr, soda and salt over mix.
  6. Mix till flour is blended in, then beat with spoon till light and fluffy.
  7. Bake 375 degrees for 20 min.
  8. Cold.
  9. Frost with peanut butter frosting.
