Fresh Tomato, Basil and Parmesan Pasta
- 3 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. rotini pasta, uncooked
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
- Mix tomatoes, basil, oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Cook rotini as directed on package; drain.
- Toss rotini with tomato mixture and grated topping.
- Serve immediately.
