Nancys Mushroom Burgers
- 2 whole Large Eggs
- 2 cups Fresh Mushrooms, Finely Chopped
- 1/2 cups Dry Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cups Onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cups Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Thyme
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- In a large bowl, slightly beat eggs.
- Add next 10 ingredients (everything else except the olive oil and the buns) and mix until well combined.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- In a large skillet, cook patties in olive oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side or until patties are crisp and lightly browned on both sides.
- Cut hamburger buns in half and place mushroom patty on bun.
- Top with your favorite burger toppings such as mustard, ketchup or relish.
- Enjoy!
