Moo-less Chocolate Pie

  1. Place a small metal bowl over a saucepan filled with simmering water.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and coffee liqueur in the bowl.
  3. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Combine the tofu, chocolate mixture, and honey in a blender.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Pour the filling into the crust and refrigerate for 2 hours, or until the filling is set.
