Chicken Tetrazzini

  1. Dice cooked chicken.
  2. Cook noodles, diced celery, green pepper, chopped onion, minced garlic and chopped parsley in chicken broth.
  3. Combine chicken, noodles, vegetable mixture, mushroom soup, drained tomatoes, salt and pepper.
  4. Add shredded cheese and bread crumbs.
  5. Put in large casserole dish and top with cheese and crumbs.
  6. Bake at 300u0b0 until lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
  7. Serves 8.
