Easy Baked Taco Pie

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Brown meat with onions and chili powder in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add corn and tomatoes; cook 5 min.
  4. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  5. Spoon 1 cup meat mixture into 1.5-L round casserole dish; cover with 3 tortillas, overlapping if necessary to fit dish.
  6. Top with 2 cups of the remaining meat mixture, 1/2 cup cheese.
  7. Cover with remaining tortillas and remaining meat mixture; cover.
  8. Bake 25 to 30 min.
  9. or until heated through.
  10. Top with remaining cheese; bake, uncovered, 5 min.
  11. or until melted.
  12. Cut into wedges.
  13. Serve topped with sour cream.
