Bacon And Mushroom Puffs Recipe

  1. Heat the butter in a pan.
  2. Add in the bacon and onion and cook for 2-3 min.
  3. Add in the mushrooms and cook for a further 2-3 min.
  4. Combine the soup mix and lowfat milk.
  5. Stir into the onion mix.
  6. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, then simmer for 3-4 min.
  7. Stir occasionally.
  8. Stir in the potatoes and parsley.
  9. Cold.
  10. Divide the mix amongst 4 individual round ovenproof dishes.
  11. Cover with a circle of pastry cut to fit the top of each dish.
  12. Bake in a preheated oven, 220 C, for 15-20 min or possibly till the pastry is golden.
