Chicken Vegetable Soup Pot
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken breasts
- 1 (16 ounce) can fat free chicken broth
- 3 12 cups water
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 1 12 cups finely diced celery
- 1 12 cups finely chopped carrots
- 2 (2 1/2 ounce) jars sliced mushrooms, drained
- In a slow cooker container combine chicken, chicken broth, water, lemon pepper and parsley flakes.
- Stir in onion, celery, carrots and mushrooms.
- Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours Stir well before serving.
