Chutney Cheese Ball

  1. Put all ingredients, except pecans and crackers, in a food processor or blender.
  2. Process until well blended.
  3. Scrape down the sides of the food processor or blender.
  4. Transfer to a piece of plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours.
  5. Form mixture into a ball.
  6. Put nuts on a piece of waxed paper and roll the cheese ball in the nuts.
  7. Place on a plate and arrange crackers around the cheese ball.
  8. *You can also use a fruit such as apple slices in addition to or in place of crackers.
