Tangy Horseradish Dressing

  1. Zest the lemon, then juice half of it.
  2. In a lidded container like a jar, combine juice and zest with remaining ingredients, then cover and shake to blend.
  3. You can of course adjust to make it spicier, creamier, or sweeter to your liking.
