Tangy Horseradish Dressing
- 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons creme fraiche or 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- salt & fresh ground pepper, to taste
- Zest the lemon, then juice half of it.
- In a lidded container like a jar, combine juice and zest with remaining ingredients, then cover and shake to blend.
- You can of course adjust to make it spicier, creamier, or sweeter to your liking.
