Tex-Mex Slow Cooked BBQ Beef
- 1 gal. Tex-Mex Barbecue Sauce
- - beef brisket
- Prepare Tex-Mex Barbecue Sauce as directed.
- Place briskets on meat roasting racks placed in 4-inch full size hotel pans.
- Bake, uncovered, in 450F-convection oven for 10 minutes on each side or until browned on both sides.
- Reduce oven temperature to 275F.
- Pour barbecue sauce evenly over briskets; cover tightly with foil.
- Bake 3 to 4 hours or until meat is very tender, turning briskets over after each hour.
