Tex-Mex Slow Cooked BBQ Beef

  1. Prepare Tex-Mex Barbecue Sauce as directed.
  2. Place briskets on meat roasting racks placed in 4-inch full size hotel pans.
  3. Bake, uncovered, in 450F-convection oven for 10 minutes on each side or until browned on both sides.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 275F.
  5. Pour barbecue sauce evenly over briskets; cover tightly with foil.
  6. Bake 3 to 4 hours or until meat is very tender, turning briskets over after each hour.
