Creamed Seafood Topping

  1. Add 1 tablespoon oil into large saucepan.
  2. Saute the onion and green pepper until tender.
  3. Over low heat in a medium saucepan, add butter and flour.
  4. Stir together.
  5. Slowly add half and half while whisking, about 2 minutes.
  6. Add ketchup, mustard and bread crumbs.
  7. Mix to combine.
  8. Allow to simmer for a few minutes.
  9. Add crabmeat and lemon juice.
  10. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
