Banana Loaf Cake

• 5 ounces sugar
• 2 ounces margarine
• 2 large eggs
• 2 each bananas ripe and mashed
• 8 ounces flour, self-rising

1. Cream sugar, margarine and eggs together.
2. Add 13 of flour and mix.
3. Stir in 1/2 banana mixture.
4. Stir in half of remaining flour and then remaining banana.
5. Mix in remaining flour.
6. Pour into lined loaf tin and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour at gas 5.
7. Remove from tin and allow to cool before serving.
