Sausage And Corn Chowder Recipe
- 1 pound mild sausage
- 1 lg. onion, diced
- 3 lg. potatoes, sliced thin
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole corn, undrained
- 12 ounce. can evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 c. water
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- Cook sausage and onion together; simmer remaining ingredients, except corn and evaporated lowfat milk, and add in to sausage and onion mix.
- Add in corn and evaporated lowfat milk.
- Stir and simmer, till heated through.
