Feeling Down
- 4 teaspoons raw honey
- 13 teaspoon powdered ginger or 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove, bud
- 18 teaspoon cayenne (or Citrus fruits, Garlic, Onion, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme)
- 18 teaspoon cinnamon (or Anise, Cayenne, Lemon, Thyme)
- Mix clove bud, ginger and optional ingredient you would enjoy.
- Infuse in 2 cups boiling water, and for every cup, stir in 2 teaspoons soothing and sweet raw honey.
- Sip throughout the day until you are feeling comforted.
