Wardie's Meatloaf
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups tomatoes
- salt
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 onion, sliced
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons catsup
- pepper
- Mix meat mixture and mold into a dish.
- Mix topping and pour over meat mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
