Dit Plash Seafood Gumbo(Learned From Charlie)

  1. Saute the bellteppers, onions and celery in oil.
  2. Add tomato sauce, tomato, water, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, bay leaves, and Worcestershiretauce.take about 2 cups of flour in oil for roux
  3. and
  4. add to above.
  5. Let boil 10 minutes.
  6. Add crabmeat and shrimp.
  7. Let
  8. boilt5 minutes.
  9. Add okra and let boil about 20 minutes, stirring often.
  10. Serve over rice.
