Christmas Stollen

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. Add cake mix and flour and knead dough.
  3. Let rise until double.
  4. Roll to 1/4 inch thickness and spread with brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
  5. Roll as for jelly roll and cut 1/2-inch slices.
