Four-Cheese Skillet Burgers

  1. Mix meat, egg, ketchup, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the Worcestershire sauce and coating mix.
  2. Shape into four 1/2-inch-thick patties.
  3. Place patties in nonstick skillet on medium heat; cover.
  4. Cook 5 min.
  5. Turn burgers over; sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  6. Cook, uncovered, 5 min.
  7. or until burgers are cooked through (160F).
  8. Serve in the buns.
