Dijon-Chili Chicken Sandwich
- 1 qt. HEINZ Chili Sauce
- 2-1/4 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 72 rolls French bread rolls (6 inch), split
- 72 each boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled
- 72 slices KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Slice
- 12 each medium tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
- 72 each Iceberg or leaf lettuce leaves
- Mix chili sauce and mustard with wire whisk until well blended.
- Spread 2 tsp.
- mixture of the chili sauce mixture onto each cut side of roll.
- For each serving: Fill roll with 1 chicken breast, 1 process cheese slice, 1 tomato slice and 1 lettuce leaf.
- Serve immediately.
