Vegetarian Japche
- 200 grams Konnyaku noodles (or cellophane noodles)
- 1 Green pepper
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Chinese chives
- 1 optional Bean sprouts
- 1 Vegi-meat (I usually use a beef flavored one)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Gochujang
- 1 Garlic (grated or tubed)
- Boil the konnyaku noodles for 2-3 minutes (boiling will help get rid of their smell).
- Cut the green pepper, carrot, and chives into equal pieces.
- Combine the ingredients.
- Heat the konnyaku without oil.
- Once the liquid has evaporated, add the sesame oil, vegetables, and vegi-meat, and stir-fry.

- It's full of soybean protein and healthy for you!
