Sweet & Sour Beef Bibim Noodles with Somen
- 200 grams Somen noodles
- 100 grams Thinly sliced beef offcuts
- 50 grams Kimchi
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 White sesame seeds
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Sake
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Mirin
- 3 tbsp Gochujang
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- Hit the eggs slightly horizontally to create cracks on the non-pointy end.
- Put the salt and vinegar in some boiling water and boil the egg for 8 minutes.
- Once boiled, cool with running water.
- Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and saute the beef.
- Add the ingredients and when the sauce is well-combined, transfer to a plate and let cool.
- Cut the eggs in half vertically.
- Cut the cucumber into long, thin strips.
- Set aside.
- Boil a lot of water and add the noodles.
- Boil for the amount of time specified on the package, then quickly cool under running water.
- Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly.
- Mix together with the well-drained somen noodles.
- Transfer to a plate to finish.
- Top with white sesame seeds to taste.
- Homemade gochujangis easy!
