Sweet & Sour Beef Bibim Noodles with Somen

  1. Hit the eggs slightly horizontally to create cracks on the non-pointy end.
  2. Put the salt and vinegar in some boiling water and boil the egg for 8 minutes.
  3. Once boiled, cool with running water.
  4. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and saute the beef.
  5. Add the ingredients and when the sauce is well-combined, transfer to a plate and let cool.
  6. Cut the eggs in half vertically.
  7. Cut the cucumber into long, thin strips.
  8. Set aside.
  9. Boil a lot of water and add the noodles.
  10. Boil for the amount of time specified on the package, then quickly cool under running water.
  11. Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly.
  12. Mix together with the well-drained somen noodles.
  13. Transfer to a plate to finish.
  14. Top with white sesame seeds to taste.
  15. Homemade gochujangis easy!
