Smoked Salmon & Chive Cream Cheese Crispy Mashed Potato Waffles

  2. Spray with cooking spray.
  3. Mix ingredients until well blended.
  4. Portion 1/4 cup mixture into each quadrant of waffle maker.
  5. Close lid.
  6. Cook 5 to 7 min.
  7. or until golden brown and crisp.
  8. Topping: Top each waffle with 2 tsp.
  9. cream cheese and 3/4 oz.
  10. smoked salmon.
  11. Garnish with a pinch of lemon zest and 1 chive piece.
