Maple Fudge

  1. In a large pot, mix together first six ingredients on medium heat and bring to soft ball stage (~236 degrees F).
  2. Remove from heat and allow to cool for several minutes.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into 13" X 9" buttered pan.
  4. Allow to reach room temperature and score with knife before cutting.
