The power omlette
- 1 Butter sustitute
- 2 Eggs
- 1 bunch Mixed greens
- 2 mushrooms
- 1 dash Yellow onion
- 1 Avacado
- 1 slice Turkey
- 1 Tomato
- 1/4 cup Low fat cheese
- 1 slice Whole wheat bread
- Heat pan over medium heat and lube with butter substitute
- Scramble eggs
- Chop turkey & all veggies together except avacado
- Slice avacado seperatly
- Pour eggs in pan
- Let eggs fully cook on one side
- Flip eggs over
- Add cheese
- Add chopped veggies & turkey
- Fold omlette in half
- Toast bread
- Top omlette with sliced avacado & hot sauce of choice
- Butter toast..enjoy!
