The power omlette

  1. Heat pan over medium heat and lube with butter substitute
  2. Scramble eggs
  3. Chop turkey & all veggies together except avacado
  4. Slice avacado seperatly
  5. Pour eggs in pan
  6. Let eggs fully cook on one side
  7. Flip eggs over
  8. Add cheese
  9. Add chopped veggies & turkey
  10. Fold omlette in half
  11. Toast bread
  12. Top omlette with sliced avacado & hot sauce of choice
  13. Butter toast..enjoy!
