Salted Caramel Bark

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, and salt.
  3. stir in peanuts until evenly coated.
  4. Spread in single layer on parchment paper-lined-jelly-roll pan.
  5. Bake 15 minutes or until browned and carmelized.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Stir into semisweet chocolate, melted, until well coated.
  8. Spread evenly on waxed paper-lined pan.
  9. Refrigerate until set.
