crab Dip
- 4 ounces surimi (Imitation Crab)
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 scallions, with tops chopped fine
- 1 12 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 14 teaspoon lemon juice
- Shred surimi.
- Beat cream cheese,sour cream and mayonnaise together.
- Add surimi and scallions and mix well.
- Stir in BBQ sauce and lemon juice.
- Refrigerate for at leaset an hour for flavors to blend.
- Serve with crackers.
